Motorola wins permanent injunction against Apple’s iCloud:iPhone, iPad pulled from online store


In the seemingly endless Apple-Motorola legal slugfest, Motorola has just taken a few new swings at its rival–possibly at the behest of its would-be acquirer, Google.

Apple has lost out on two counts. Not only has it suffered a blow to its iCloud service in Germany, the company has also pulled most models of its iPhone and iPad from its online stores.
