One Ipod Touch Can Use Two Yosion Apple Peel 520ii？

One friend give a question that whether one ipod touch can use double yosion apple peel 520ii,in fact,it doesn't.because you should bind your peel 520ii with the ipod touch SN.Of course you can bind another new peel 520ii but you should unbind the old peel 520ii with your ipod touch SN(via)

The following the what the friend ask:

I bought a 520ii peels in china but when I returned to US, I found it is not usable because it is dual-band.
I asked a friend to by a quad band peel and send it to me and it is on its way.  I am wondering if  one ipodtouch can use two 520ii peels?
if so, how is it done?

There are other friends give their answers:

1.Why would you want to use both Peels?  The quad band should work everywhere.

As stated above, you ought to unbind the dual band Peel... then it can be used by someone (else?) on another iPod.

2.the used peel must be unbinded，so it  can use other ipod.
