This situation appeared because the version ofiskyphone softwear doesn't fit to the version of c apple peel.
You can do it as below.
First:Loading "Dial"–"SET" and see if you c apple peel is on and the green led is on,it show the version of iskyphone softwear and the version of c apple peel is fitted.
Second:If what you see is you c apple peel is off and the led is red,it show the version of iskyphone softwear and the version of c apple peel isnt fitted.Therefore,you must update your iskyphone softwear.
Third:Loading "Dial"–"SET"–"About" to update you iskyphone softwear.
